As a Quality Engineer - Electrical, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas turbines, and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that your work is making a real difference.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most ground breaking gas turbine projects, verifying and quality-assuring electrical installations to meet directives, standards and other requirements depending on where in the world the equipment is installed. You will work closely in the project teams and will also have a close connection to other Quality Engineers.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Verify documentation of electrical installations in or associated with explosive atmospheres
* Perform visual and close inspection but also detail and audit inspection of electrical installations
* Collect and review certificates associated to international standards and regulations
* Support project team with knowledge of working process and project specific routines, when needed
* Develop and update processes, templates and instructions
* The work requires international business travels (approx 20-30 per year) to our installation site.

What You Bring
* Bachelor or Master´s Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with quality control/assurance topics or similar, minimum 2-3 years
* English language skills are required, other language/s is meritorious
* Experience from working in project teams
* Knowledge of Siemens Energy Gas turbine product is an advantage
* Experience with electrical installation and design in explosive atmospheres is an advantage

About the Team

Our team consists of 18 dedicated quality engineers, working with planning, coordinating, controlling/monitoring and organizing quality activities in assigned order projects based on customer requirements, product definition, internal instructions and local laws and regulations.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
