In FUCHS Lubricants Nordics we are proud of our new, modern production facility in Västerhaninge, which produces lubricants for the Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish markets. This is a purpose-built plant encompassing flows for production, warehousing and logistics, as well as R&D, customer analysis and quality control. The plant is designed to meet customers' needs, with automation and digitalization on a completely different level than before. High-precision, state-of-the-art production equipment are governed by a process control system which ensures that production and storage are efficient and consistent. This is an investment that guarantees quality, with maximum repeatability securing stable, high-quality results.
Job description
We are now looking to complement our competent Engineering team with a Quality Engineer for manufacturing.
As a quality engineer, you will be responsible for the quality and deviation work in manufacturing and in the warehouse, identifying root cause, in dialogue with the teams implementing CA and monitoring the improvement. Act as a role model and super-user for CANEA ONE, our system for deviation handling. We are looking for a Quality specialist with a strong competence base in statistical analytical tools, risk analysis and continuous improvements methods.
We expect you to have the capability to lead the way forward within the area of Quality and continuous improvements and standardized working methods. You are attentive to needs as well as risks and are able to drive relevant competence development and training to ensure work is performed in a safe, qualitative and efficient manner.
This role involves cooperation with multiple departments, for example with Procurement for supplier related issues and with Customer Support regarding complaints.
This role will write and unify SOP's and drive and lead work for root cause analysis, improvements, finetuning and focus on the global KPI's for example RFT (Right First Time) and OTIF (On Time In Full) working closely with our QC, R&D, Manufacturing and Warehouse To document and be part of validation in investment projects are also one part of this role.
You will be a part of the internal audit team for FUCHS Nordics and participate and improve the quality management system. You will also be a critical resource in preparing and executing external audits.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have strong drive along with analytical mindset. You are a structured and thorough person that thrives in a Production/warehousing environment. You have a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
Taking on this role, you would join the Engineering team which is a skilled and highly motivated team. Together with the Supply Chain organization we have a strong drive to create success in the Nordic market. We are an organization with a strong values base and we collaborate and work as one team.
This role requires that you speak and write English and Swedish fluently.
