Quality Engineer Medtech to SHL Healtcare

This is a recruitment to SHL Healthcare in Nacka/Stockholm.

Welcome to apply for an Quality Engineer position at a successful Medical Device company. SHL Healthcare headquarters is beautifully located in Nacka and has its production in Shenzhen, China.

As a Quality Engineer at SHL Healtcare, you will;

- Continuously, improve, simplify and develop the Quality and Regulatory Affairs processes for SHL Healthcare AB and its subsidiaries

- Establish and improve procedures and work instructions and ensure all SHL sites work according to established and implemented procedures

- Coordinate quality events within SHL Healthcare SE and subsidiaries
- Support Quality and Regulatory subsidiaries to ensure Regulatory compliance of the QMS in Shenzhen
- Coach SHL Subsidiaries to improve product quality, such as quality system, FMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, 6 sigma, etc.
- Perform trouble shooting/problem solving for quality system topics
- Work with project team and be responsible for QA-related issues within the project
- Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations
- Follow up relevant quality improvement activities implementation.
- Take part in new supplier assessment, audit.
- Review and approval of relevant quality documentation
- Monitor and coach Document Control operation.
- Act as super-user of company’s electronical management system CANEA ONE
- Assist Management Representee to handle the activities of ISO13 485 system and applicable regulations of medical devices.


In Stockholm you have your closest colleagues, other employees are currently in China. When the opportunity arises, you will gladly go there and collaborate on site with your fellow engineers.

The office in Nacka is characterized by niceness, openness, joy, curiosity, a familiar atmosphere and not least a team with great competence in their product area.

The position requires some travelling to the China factory and other subsidiaries a few times per year.

Your background
The successful candidate holds a relevant Academic Degree and preferably have +5 years experience from the Quality and Regulatory Industry.

We want you to have at least 3 years of experience from working in a global organization and +5 years experience with regulatory requirements, quality systems and processes.

You are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English and have good knowledge in MS Office and working in an ERP- system.
