ABOUT THE POSITION

Climate change is the biggest challenge of our time. CO2 emissions need to decrease by half every decade until 2050 to reach net zero. We need to move from 80% fossil dependencies to 90% renewables in 30 years. Storing renewable energy so that it can be used not only when produced, but when it is needed, is one of the greatest barriers to the clean energy transition. Energy storage is the missing link in the sustainable energy system. Their mission is to unlock endless energy. Join our costumer Polarium as a Quality Engineer to help them solve the problems of today for a better tomorrow.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functional support for Production QA
Active participation in resolution of product quality and production quality related issues
Drive for continuous improvements in production
Support production
Control plan development and management
Development and maintenance of QA inspection work instructions and procedures
Approval of all work instructions
Calibration & ESD management procedures delivery
Performing quality related audits on procedures and processes
Training personnel and drive quality improvements in production


 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1+ years quality & production engineering in production
Bachelor Engineering Degree (Electronic Engineering or similar experience)
Have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and lead the agenda
Quality improvement methods (pareto, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D/DMAIC, etc)
Ability to define, establish and monitor quality control systems
Willing to travel
English working proficiency


 

MERITORIOUS:
Experience from telecom and/or energy products

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from the client and our side is that you will be directly employed by the client.
