Description

As part of Development & Service Operations, the DSO Packaging Material organisation is responsible to develop, maintain and implement world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions.

Pilot Plant is where future development in the packaging material and converting area meet reality during the development stages. Our machine park enables us to plan and perform required tests in both early and late stages of development.

We are now looking for a temporary Quality Engineer with potential. The position is temporary during 18 months.


Main responsibilities
- Prepare and perform quality control and analysis on test material produced within Pilot Plant.
- Manage quality documents connected to quality methods and lab equipment.
- Maintain laboratory and quality control equipment.
- Manage quality systems.
- Participate actively in improvement activities within Pilot Plant


Qualifications

You work independently and dedicated and you are structured and thorough. This position demands the ability to plan the daily work in a dynamic environment. Committed deadlines needs to be met with accuracy and results delivered with quality. You are good at building effective relationships and communicating with colleagues within Pilot Plant as well as with internal customers.

You have basic knowledge of packaging material, base materials and Quality controls in laboratory.

This position is temporary, but we see this as a step stone for future positions within Material Development. For this reason educational background with a Master of Science in engineering related to polymer materials or paper board technology will be seen as a merit.

A very good command of English and Swedish, both written and oral is required.
