Quality Engineer to Modis!

We at Modis are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our fantastic team of consultants! 

About the role

In this role as a Quality Engineer, you are a key person to drive improvements based on feedback from the production or from customers.

You will

• Set corrective requirements towards suppliers, both in short and long-term.
• Review 8D reports.
• Drive improvement projects with our suppliers based on quality or cost improvements.
• Work as a project team member in production and SCM projects.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and drive corrective action plans.
• Perform annual audits on selected suppliers.
• Work close to production, purchasing and R&D to improve the overall quality of purchased materials.

About you

We believe you have an engineering degree with previous experience from supplier quality engineering.

You should be familiar with

• Castings, machining, mechanical components or cable/harness
• Process audits
• ISO 9001

We put a strong emphasis on your personal qualities and if you are a passionate team player with a drive to deliver great results, you will fit perfectly for this role. In addition, you have a curious mind with excellent communication and social skills.

Fluency in English and Swedish, written and oral, is a requirement.
