Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed Separators is responsible for the design, manufacturing and delivery of separator systems for various industries: Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar.

Right now, we are looking to strengthen our Quality team in Engineering & Supply with a Quality Engineer in the welding manufacturing workshop.
Your main tasks
This position will be responsible to monitor construction processes, perform measurements and controls on products and/or components during manufacturing, support to maintain and develop instructions, procedures and processes, and support solving internal deviations and customer claims.
Your focus and main tasks will be:
* Quality control of incoming goods and non-conformity reporting to suppliers.
* Perform measurements and controls on products and/or components including weld inspection during manufacturing.
* Provide solutions to non-conformance issues and manufacturing challenges, including developing and implementing actions to prevent recurrence of non-conforming conditions.
* Secure handling of measurement equipment calibration.
* Support to guarantee fulfilment of legal and customer requirements.
* Support and actively contribute to maintain and improve defined quality level of procedures, instructions, and processes.
* Drive claims and deviations investigations - Provide technical and application support to solve claims.
* Prepare and participate in quality and customer audits.
* Drive and manage quality improvement projects/activities.
* Set and follow up control plan, critical parameters, measurement system, data storage, process behaviour, control charts, action plan, operator/engineering loop and quality reporting.
What you know
* University degree with relevant specialization.
* Some years of experience from quality work in pipe assembly manufacturing or similar mechanical engineering role.
* As we are a global organization, you’re fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are beneficial.
* We believe you have a track record of leading product and process change initiatives.
* You are a good technician with great networking capabilities, well-structured and service minded.
* You have a minimum of two years of experience in working with product quality related activities in an industrial environment.
* Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certification is for sure a plus.
