We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to the automotive industry.

Job description:

Functional safety Engineer to lead dependability studies on vehicle projects, complex and innovative systems, according to the customer's safety assurance processes. Support engineers with expert competence in product safety assurance. Contribute in defining actions to mitigate identified risks and report the status of analysis.

Requirements:

-English is mandatory
-Master of science in Engineering or equivalent
-Experience from Product safety
-Significant practical experience of Dependability Analysis methodology
-Knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard; practical experience of ISO26262 is a plus
-General technical knowledge in automotive engineering
-Working cross-functionally, with different sites and cultures

Knowledge about Fault Tree analysis, Hazard analysis, FMEA, Functional approach. The consultant will work with the analysis of electronics systems, it would be beneficial to have some information about electronic architecture, communication between ECUs and the basis of CAN bus.
