Quality Engineering Manager is a technology and people focused role at the center of our digital transformation. Your assignment is to lead and organize a group of Quality Engineers within the Shared Software development organization, as well as leading cross topics and secure excellence in operations. You also using your seniority and experience in guiding our Engineers in hands on software test life cycle management,
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Contribute to our strategies and business plan
Succession planning and recruitment of quality engineering competence
Develop and secure the right competence level for each co-worker
Secure preconditions for efficient quality engineering process and deployment of plans and strategies
Secure deployment and efficient usage of aligned quality engineering working tools, methods and frameworks
As a Quality Engineering Manager you will lead:
Alignment of working quality methods, tools and frameworks across teams
Identify and bridge gaps in working methods and system solutions with a cross- functional perspective
Continuously improve processes to drive quality upstream and rely on automation to drive efficiency
Contribution to knowledge-based development.
This is a fulltime role (40 hours per week) based in Malmö, Sweden or Delft, Netherlands.
