Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Quality & Environmental Assurance to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Oversee quality and environmental management processes during the construction phase.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both Swedish and English.
Collaborate with site management to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to regulations.
Report and document findings, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

What You Bring:
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Extensive experience in site management within the construction industry.
Familiarity with quality and environmental management practices.
Ability to work on-site in the Kiruna/Gällivare area five days a week.
Residence in the Kiruna/Gällivare area is preferred, but candidates from other locations are welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Commitment to long-term project engagement and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
