Quality & Environmental Manager to Accra, Piteå

Employer: Accra Teknik AB Recruitment partner: Adecco Sweden AB Accra Teknik AB is an automotive supplier located in Öjebyn (Norrbotten) near the city of Piteå.We specialize in providing structural components, and engineered systems in cars and trucks with the purpose to reduce weight and provide additional structure.We supply an array of some of the largest and most well known OEM manufactures and Tier One suppliers world wide.We excite our customers by exceeding there expectations and providing a unique product.We are an equal opportunity employer that encourages individual expression and is forward thinking.This position: will administer, maintain and continuously improve our successful Quality Management system, including analysis of current process's, development and documentation of facility wide procedures to improve quality processes, develop and monitoring of metrics and daily record keeping.Manage and continuously: improve the quality control program and performance, the Manager will assist in creating job specific SOP's and conduct regular audits; design and implement quality control training programs to key personnel; work closely with customers, management and operations to ensure compliance with client requirements including accuracy and timeliness; consult with managers to discuss and resolve issues; support the objectives to meet our clients expectations.Your goals: will be to continue to develop, implement, monitor and control the Quality system to assure product quality based on customer and/or product specifications, and improve customer satisfaction.Monitor cost of quality; reduce waste and non-value-added tasks, with in the company and at suppliers.You must have: a strong background in SPC, TOPS, APQP, PPAP, QFD, DOE and Kaizen principles.Support and further develop, manage and audit TS-16949 / ISO-14001 systems and procedures.Coordinate in-plant and customer communication related to quality issues.Experience: required 5-10 years in quality, 3+ years Quality management experience in a high mix and volume tier 1 manufacturing environment.Education: B/A in Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing advisable, but not required.
