About the job
In this position, you lead and coordinate Sandvik Coromant’s objectives for sales operation standards and systems. You’re responsible for evaluating how the sales operation teams work – identifying gaps, reviewing KPIs and tracking performance management with customer experience impact. In addition, you run root cause management, quality complaints analysis and escalation, as well as continuous improvement, service level delivery and recovery, process and quality assessments within SSC and VCs and customer feedback management.
Working cross-functional with implementation of operational improvements, you’re focusing on improving quality, productivity, labour, and cost-saving efficiencies and you serve as a change agent for developing and encouraging a culture that is driven by safety, discipline, transparency, and accountability. You also assist in executing strategic performance analysis, gap assessment, and opportunity identification for critical processes across the organization in delivering scalable and sustainable best-in-class operations and environment for the business.
Some of your assignments in detail are:
Ensuring consistency of working across all sales operations when using standards and systems
Reviews performance to SLAs and puts together a plan of action to address any specific issues
Develop a process and method to evaluate the viability and effectiveness of existing standards and systems against strategy goals, and making recommendations as needed
Lead the development and delivery of quality related proposals, reports, and/or presentations, with and for internal and external stakeholders, employees, partners, customers or other groups as required
Provide inputs for a sales operations performance scorecard and required dashboards to manage performance within Sales operations that measure sales operations performance objectives.
Provide external benchmarking, industry best practice identification, evaluation, and adoption plans
Periodically review and audit sales operations standards and systems to ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
Preparing framework for Customer Voice Committee and manage/execute feedback loop.
Ensures execution of defined Quality targets and activities, in line with the relevant Quality policy.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of the quality management system.
Ensure adherence to The Sandvik Way, applicable legislation and established policies and guidelines within area of responsibility.
Perform assessments for SSCs and VC’s on defined audit criteria.
Manages certain Quality activities, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources.
Ensures execution of defined Quality targets and activities, in line with the relevant Quality policy.
Responsible for sharing of best practices.
Accountable for environment, health and safety as per local legislation, policies etc.

This is a role which can be based at any one of our Sandvik Coromant units all over the globe and some global travel is included in the job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field, and It’s beneficial if you have hands-on experience of quality management audits.
