About the jobThis is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a global company and to lead a team of four. You will take responsibility for leading all aspects of developing; implementing and maintaining agreed QHSE and other operating standards across the unit. You will be working as part of an integrated team linking with Site Business Managers and unit staff teams.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop the team.
Drive and coordinate improvement projects related to the field of responsibility (QHSE), e.g. waste management, injury reduction etc.
Lead and develop the audit processes.
Responsible for the management system which is based on ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 as well as pressure equipment directives PED and ASME.
Systems and tools supporting the management system (e.g. document control, item handling, audits etc.)
Supervision of compliance with laws and regulations.
Who are you?You are an experienced leader with skills in motivating and leading others as well as managing change. It is also important that you are a good listener and strong in communication.
In addition you have:
Ability to work under pressure; think clearly and act decisively.
Good personal organisation skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
What you knowThe ideal candidate has an education within Engineering and solid knowledge in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and best practice as well as appropriate industry specific qualifications.
You also have:
Experience of implementing and maintaining QHSE systems across a business
Experience of managing and maintaining clients and business relationships
Leadership experience
Fluency in English and Swedish
