We are looking for a responsible Quality Inspector to check the quality of new production from Warehouse and outgoing material, our products are different control system units such as 800xA, Select I/O, Symphony Plus, Harmony as well as older systems.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all of our products identifying issues and recommending solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. Collaboration with other teams is essential but also being driven to work independently.
The position can include verification and measurements of electronics and components.
We also look closely at production procedures. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business.
Your responsibilities
Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies
Check products using appropriate methods (Visual inspection, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.)
Maintain records of testing, information and report to our quality system WATS
Create statistics on failures
Determine failures
Suggest solutions

Your background
Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
Responsible, trustworthy and a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Familiarity with functional and ICT testing
Thorough knowledge of quality control standards
Working knowledge of MS Office
IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 Knowledge
EMS production
ESD Knowledge
