As a Q-lab technician you will be at the heart of Exeger Quality Lab, ensuring Quality of the unique Exeger solar cell. The lab offers a work environment with tasks in many different subject areas such as Verification Testing for Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Climatic and more, Characterization, Validation and Approval, Calibrations and Compliance. Each area has clear procedures and standards to assure accuracy and reproducibility, and you will contribute to continual improvement of Q Lab ability.
What you will do
As Quality Lab Technician, you will provide testing across a variety of disciplines to ensure that our products meet set specifications and the Project Agreement. This includes:
Follow test procedures and instructions and accurately record data as requested
Assist and/or perform tests and inspections
Assist and/or perform Calibrations
Maintain measurement device database
Operate and Maintain Q-Lab equipment and machinery
Maintain work area cleanliness.

Background?
We think you know that better than we do. But if we were to guess, given our fast-paced growth, our global ambitions, and our disruptive technology, this role will require structure and accuracy. You are used to documenting your work and you have a willingness to follow procedures and instructions, as this role is an important part in a larger whole. You most likely have experience from process manufacturing of some kind, could be a chemistry lab, the food industry etc.
