The role
We are looking for a Quality Lead with passion for DevOps that want to be part of our journey to live and breathe DevOps and become Elite SW Performer.

We are taking the next step in our DevOps journey to increase fast deliveries with high quality to our customers.

At WirelessCar we work in customer programs to develop digital services to various car makers eco systems. As a Quality Lead at WirelessCar you will be part of one of our customer program´s core team where your main responsibility will be to drive and improve the quality in the program.

This means that some of your main objectives will be to define and implement the programs quality strategy and quality way of working, and that some of your key activities will be to work with DevOps teams in order to ensure higher quality mindset, work with compliance, improved collaboration and that best practices are shared.

What we are looking for
We are not looking for a test lead, but rather a person that has experience with leading in an agile context and with improving the Quality in our deliveries and way of working at WirelessCar and together with our customers.

You have experience from working in an international environment, in close cooperation with customers and can communicate quality with all levels in an organization.

You have a university degree and experience from software engineering and agile development. Experience from the automotive industry or automotive connectivity is a plus.
