Processing Solutions and Equipment leads a sustainable supply chain, sourcing, producing and delivering competitive and industry leading Processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry. We are looking for a Quality Lead, that will coordinate and drive quality within our factory. You will also be the Factory quality representative in the management team and Quality pillar leader


The position is based in Lund.

What you will do
In this role you will ensure that the production follow committed quality specifications, regulations, and legal demands. You will also lead, and coordinate actions and analyses related to customer issues. As a Quality Lead you will be a part of the factory management team.


You will focus on

Coordinating the overall quality agenda in the factory in collaboration with production, the quality organisation, supplier management and engineering
Lead root cause analysis & investigations on quality losses (Internal/External- Non-Conformities & Technical Issues) and engage stakeholders to address Supplier Non-Conformities, Design issues
Support Production teams with deployments and prioritizations to enable autonomous work on quality issues
Member/Leader of the quality pillar & network
Support quality organisation during third party audits and perform internal audits

Who you are
You have a M.Sc. in Engineering or a Technical post-secondary education and 3-5 years’ working experience within a quality leader role from the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food industry. You have proven experience in leading WCM basic toolkit (Root cause analysis, 12 Steps, 5W1H, 5WHY etc) and have led improvement activities within an operational environment.


Your English and Swedish skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.


For this position you need to be a strong informal leader, able to influence and engage individuals, teams, and organisations. You enjoy collaboration and can manage stakeholders across geographies and organisational boundaries. It is important that you are comfortable to work on your own in an independent way.
