Would you like to join Tetra Paks Packaging Material organisation in a new challenging role within Quality?


In this position you will be a member of our Quality organisation within Packaging Material (PM), working closely with our production of Packaging Material within Supply Chain Operations Packaging Material (SCO PM).

We are looking for a senior candidate joining our team to deliver on the strategy to achieve an undisputed quality leadership. Our focus areas are:
- Quality Losses Deployment and Strategy for Global Frequent Losses
- Support Statistical Process Control
- Support SCO PM to Improve Capabilities
- Feedback to specification owners to drive projects to eliminate or reduce the capability GAPs
- Lead Global Teams within SCO PM for the global and local frequent losses


The role combines coaching the Development PM organisation and supporting SCO PM to improve sharing of best practices on the focus areas mentioned above.


The position is based in Lund.

Main responsibilities
- Align SCO PM Needs and Development PM Strategies to deliver on our Quality strategy
- Drive and facilitate best practice sharing between SCO PM Converting Factories and update Standards based on the local improvements
- Follow up and assure local implementation of Global Standards
- Support special Projects within DSO PM to improve Capabilities
- Drive and Lead Global Teams within SCO PM for the global and local frequent losses
- Maintain Global Documents


Qualifications

To be successful in this position you need to be a strong informal leader, able to influence and engage individuals, teams and organisations. You have an analytical and structured approach in combination with a strong drive for results. To coach individuals and teams on different organizational levels is for you highly motivating. In this position you need to be a strong and clear communicator. You need to have the competence of driving improvements in large organisations and networks.

In a position like this it is an advantage of having had a global role working within networks in the Quality profession.

You have a technical Masters degree or similar, in combination with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar. A successful candidate has experience from projects in both development and manufacturing organisations. You are a skilled user of different improvement tools and methodologies. For this position you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
