Responsible for quality KPIs and long term global performance, loss intelligence and WCM methodologies/tools. Secure standard application of methodologies and competence across regions.
Works as a bridge between business unit and internal functions to prioritise solutions based on losses
In this role, you will drive quality losses deployment including KPIs definition, securing data accuracy and setting long term performance targets
Furthermore, you will develop organization competence on WCM methodology and tools on QM Pillar including auditing and coaching of factory QM Pillars.
What you will do
Define KPIs (quality) in line with business strategy as needed
Set yearly targets and long-term ambition on global KPIs
Drive global losses deployment for central projects prioritization
Define and maintain standard loss codes structure for defects including compliance follow-up
Manage training material and trainings on QM pillar methodology and tools (six sigma toolkit)
Actively promote best practice sharing
Drive or support global projects based on need
Develop and maintain QM pillar maturity guide, pillar reference guide and information on WCM sharepoint
Drive or support WCM audits based on need and maturity level
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background in QM Pillar in factory operations. You also need to have a strong understanding of WCM methodologies and tools.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
