About the role
A vacancy has arisen for the position of Quality Management System Specialist. Reporting to the MES Manager, the core function is to coordinate, assist, train, evaluate and audit the quality management processes regularly in specific segments within the organization. You will be providing oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal as well as external standards and guidelines.
The principal responsibilities include:
· Leads the audit, implementation and maintenance of ISO, OHSAS accreditations and other related legal requirements to ensure that the systems are always at the sate of the art and ready for successful audit results.
· Supports the entire organization in ensuring the successful operation and performance of Skruf’s management system, by coordinating integrated management system (IMS) activities and providing support to the implementation of ISO and OHSAS.
· Planning and co-ordination of ISO related trainings and meetings, minute taking and action follow-up
· Review, maintain and archive documentation.


Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have a collage/university degree or equivalent and will have worked in a similar role for at least a couple of years. The successful candidate must have experience and knowledge working with ISO 9001, 1400 and 45001, preferably within a manufacturing environment. A core skill is the ability to communicate effectively in writing as well as orally, ideally in both Swedish and English. To be successful in the role the candidate also needs to be Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. It is desirable, but not essential, if you have previous experience of 5S and a Green Belt certification.
