Quality Manager

Managing a two-person team, you will be responsible for building relationships through regular customer contact and ensuring demanding quality standards are met.


THE QUALITY MANAGER'S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


· Ensuring the Quality System is implemented and maintained
· Being responsible for the generation, revision, approval of procedures of our internal quality system
· Being responsible for the creation of annual audit programme and management of self-inspections
· Being responsible for the management of the investigation and resolution of operational discrepancies and customer complaints having final approval of outcome.
· Support our customers in all quality-related questions
· Manage a team with a continues improvevement leader and quality inspectors.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Quality experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
· Experience with problem-solving techniques such as PDCA, A3, DMAIC or 8D
· Experience with FMEA and other risk management tools.
· Strong, proven leadership, communication, and personnel management skills that inspire and motivate a team. Must have had experience with formal goal and objectives setting.
· Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant subject desirable
