As a Quality Manager at High Voltage Components you will be part of High Voltage Products that is business unit within Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The business unit is developing, manufacturing, and marketing high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as Surge Arresters, Breakers, Instrument Transformers, Capacitors and Cooling Systems.
Your responsibilities
You will establish a Quality culture and be the Voice of the Customer
Governance of the Quality Management System
You will plan and perform audits, and create analysis from quality data
Implement strategic quality improvements and support the organization
Key operational responsibilities will be to drive a strong HSE culture, to deliver products on quality targets as well as on time delivery to our customers.
This position requires a lot of hands on work with quality assurance and quality improvements

Your background
You hold a Master's degree in engineering.
Background within Lean Six Sigma, preferably Green or Black belt certification
To be successful in this position, you need to be experienced within Quality and/or Operations, and have good knowledge of High Voltage
Interpersonal skills with high degree of personal integrity; strong listening, creative thinking, and communication skills is a necessity
Your analytical skills enable you to define and prioritize the most important tasks for the factory and department
A strong leadership for us should be characterized with people development, openness to change, and the willingness to build a successful team
As you will work in an international environment, excellent knowledge in English is required
You have managed teams
