Westermo is looking for a Quality manager


As our customers use our products in mission critical applications, quality is a top priority for Westermo; therefore a Quality Manager is an essential part of the company. As a Quality Manager you will have the overall responsible to develop Westermo Quality system, located in Stora Sundby. The mission statement as a Quality Manager is to drive development of Westermo delivered quality, meaning all aspects of the company such as production, R&D and sales.

 In this role you will be managing activities to meet KPI: s such as Warranty return targets. You will work with quality system certifications such as ISO-9001. Another part of the job is to drive the Quality Management forum. The role also includes supporting operational quality issues, supplier evaluations and customer visits & audits.
Qualifications

You have a Master of Science degree and Quality Management experience from Global industrial companies. Further requirements include ISO-9001 / 14000 experiences. You have excellent communication skills in Swedish & English, both verbal and in writing.

As a person you have a quality mindset and drives for success, working in a structured manner.

You want to work in teams, having good cooperation skills, and you are keen to learn from others as well as sharing your own knowledge.
