We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Transformer Business Unit in Figeholm Sweden to improve production techniques. The business unit manufactures electrical insulation materials in sheet and laminate form along with insulation components of pressboard.

Your responsibilities:
Lead the problem-solving activities and secure a very good internal process and capability
Manage the Quality and laboratory resources
Develop continuous improvement culture in the whole value chain
Drive Continuous Improvement-projects and be the bridge between global Continuous Improvement management and local team
Lead the overall work with ISO 9000 and other certificates that's important for the factory
Manage and improve the quality control plan for the product and process
Ensure a laboratory standard that is suitable for word class production of pressboards and laminate
Be an active member of the local management team

Your background
You hold degree in engineering or similar and have work experience in manufacturing environment
Fluency in English and Swedish is required
Experience from Quality field, Continuous Improvement, Lean 6 Sigma or similar is advantageous
We are looking for you, who are enthusiastic, persistent, willing to learn and to pitch in wherever needed in order to reach the project’s goals. You are curious by nature, have strong problem-solving skills and never-give-up attitude
It is an advantageous if you have experience from Pulp or paper industry
