Job Summary
Processing Solutions and Equipment leads a sustainable supply chain, sourcing, producing and delivering competitive and industry leading Processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry. We strive for leadership in operational excellence with a World Class and long-term mind-set, delivering a cost-effective supply chain and enabling a vertical start-up at customer sites.
We are looking for a Quality Manager, that will drive functional development and standardisation of quality, management systems and processes within our Production Centre. You will be the Production Centre quality representative in the management team and be responsible for a global team of seven direct reports.
The position is based in Lund.
What you will do
In this role you will ensure that the quality ownership in the production centre is within everyone and that committed quality specifications, regulations and legal demands are followed. You have the ownership of our ISO certificates and are the driver of our quality policy implementation.
You will focus on
Drive the overall quality agenda and standardisation in the production centre in collaboration with production, central quality org., supplier management and engineering departments
Lead and develop a team of Quality Leaders, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Welding Specialist
Drive our development of functional unit quality, the quality strategy and 3-year plan
Connect to global initiatives, and internal and external stakeholders
Owner of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 3834-2 and securing compliance GMP, food safety and other standards and requirements mandatory to the production centre

We believe you have
University degree in Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years’ working experience within quality from the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food industry
Knowledge of ISO standards
Experience in leading people, formally or informally
Excellent English skills, written as well as spoken

You enjoy collaboration and communicate well, have an open mindset, and possesses both the ability to listen and easily talk and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies and organisational boundaries. You have a strong commitment towards quality and you are comfortable to work on your own in an independent way.
