We are looking for a Manager to lead Kedali Sweden's Quality team.


Kedali is one of world’s largest manufacturer of casings for lithium-ion batteries and operates within different segments of the battery industry and as the strategic partner of Northvolt here in Skellefteå.


The Quality Manager will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.


Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.


Main Tasks include but are not limited to:
Run and develop the quality department, with a team of about 10 for now and 70 in future.
Develop goals and follow up on the business's goals consistent with other departments.
Coach the engineers to plan operations to meet customer expectations.
Together with the rest of the quality organization, continuously develop the quality work.
Actively develop the individuals in the team and the business scheduling.
Ensure that health and safety are prioritized within the company and be a cultural bearer of the company's values ​​and strategy.
Ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS). Promote QMS and its principles throughout the organization. Including providing day to day support and leadership and as well as work on continuous improvement.
Operate effectively with the applicable accreditation bodies and regulatory authorities, appropriate administrators, healthcare/caregiver.
Participate in quality and regulatory discussions with external partners and customers.
Act as management representative as appointed from top management. Owner of Change Management board.





Competence and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering or similar education background.
At least 6 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent English skills in both spoken and written. Speaking Chinese or Swedish is a merit.
Having the ability to work independently and driving your area of responsibility forward with high energy in a structured and results-oriented way.
Solution-oriented and always strives for good collaborations. Have strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrable knowledge of quality management systems ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001 etc.
Must have quality problem solving skills and 8D report knowledge.
Must have knowledge of prevalent quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.).
