We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale. You’ll have the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, scientists, developers and more to pave the way for the next big leap in the energy industry through our battery energy storage and optimization systems.
Location: Stockholm
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality department including production quality, quality systems, audit procedures and corrective action methodologies.
- Create and maintain quality procedures, instruction manuals and resources training and development.
- Management and control of Quality personnel
- Quality related KPI reporting development and presentation
- Develop team tools and methods together with the team

Drive continuous improvements, including improved work environment and increased operational efficiency
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Lead internal and external audits to assess compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

Work with teams to enhance their understanding of quality requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role.
- BS or BA degree in job related field or equivalent work experience
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus
- Structured and analytical approach to delivering quality
- Have the ability to work independently, take initiatives as well as lead a team.
- Understanding of organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems, and professional ethics.
- Ability to define, establish and monitor control systems
- English language in conversation and writing is a must
- EHS knowledge is a merit
