About the job
We are looking for an experienced quality manager who will be part of our After Sales department and support our European organization.
You will work closely with both our European Sales organization and Product Management teams (in Sweden and Germany) but also close to our customers. Quality improvement and customer satisfaction will be the key focus in your role.
You will become the link between our end-customers experiences and our production in China
Your tasks will consist of but not limited to:
Follow up on current quality issues and implement improvement plans
From time to time visit customers to understand their needs and requirements
Contribute to developing quality work by strengthening the customer focus and establishing a "100% customer satisfaction" culture within the entire company.
Drive complaints handling against customers and our sales network. Ensure efficient handling internally.
Run own quality improvement projects.
Support others' improvement projects.
Educate and train employees to use quality tools and methods.
The After Sales team is also supporting a wide variety of tasks within the group which means that you need to be able to adapt and overcome complex and challenging tasks outside of the regular Quality process.
This position includes some traveling in both Europe and to China.
Job Requirements
We believe that you have worked in similar positions before and have a customer focused approach and business-oriented mindset. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good communication & presentation skills. You will meet a lot of people from different cultures all over the world.
Language
Beside Swedish, it’s required that you are fluent in English both orally and in writing. It will also be appreciated if you speak German and any other relevant language.

It is also of importance that you have the ability to prioritize and have good analytical skills since this position includes investigations that you need to drive and draw conclusions from.

Experience and understanding of working together with production and quality team in China
Ability to translate customer needs into requirements that can be used to drive improvement
Be able to work with complex questions and prepare recommendations to improve systems and processes
Independently drive improvement projects
