We welcome a communicative and relationship-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. Here you get the opportunity to lead and develop the team and the processes within Quality Operations in an organization on the go. Let’s meet the future together.
We are now recruiting a Quality Manager who will combine technical knowledge with people, process and organizational skills to deliver improvements during all the stages of the Operations. Eskilstuna is a central site within ASSA ABLOY Scandinavia and thereby an important contributor to improve quality.
Your Role Here you get the opportunity to develop and implement strategies for further improvement of our overall quality. You will be responsible and lead our daily quality management and you will work with a team of Quality technicians. There are 15 direct reporting employees.
The task is performed in tight cooperation with SCM, production engineering and partly also our suppliers. You will be a part of the quality organization and report directly to Quality Manager Scandinavia and indirectly to Operations Manager Eskilstuna and you will be part of both Management teams.
Create the overall direction for consistent quality methodologies, processes and procedures at the siteActively decrease quality risks by implementing APQP and PPAP in our processes In cooperation with Quality management team develop and implement non conformity processDrive process improvement and leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies for effective processSet quality priorities and targets together with Operations team, act on deviations from targets and drive continuous improvement measures
Who are you? We are looking for a solution-oriented and positive manager with a leadership style that engages and motivates employees and you enjoy working at high speed with varying tasks. You are results-oriented, structured and you have the ability to independently drive your work and make the right priorities. You are clear in your communication and are easy to collaborate and create good relationships.
You have experience of Operations processes and Quality management. Earlier experience in the role as Quality Manager is meritorious.
At least 5 years of work experience within quality managementSix Sigma knowledge, for example, through Black belt or Green belt certification ISO9001: 2015 knowledge and especially as auditorAPQP and PPAP knowledge and the introduction of these processesVery good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing
