We are now looking for a Supply Chain Quality Manager to lead our Quality group at our Configuration and Logistic Center, CLC, in Lund. This team is part of the Global Supply Chain Team based in Lund.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Supply Chain Quality Manager you will lead the Quality team at the CLC, Maskinvägen, Lund, consisting of:

Supply Chain Quality (SCQ), 5 persons responsible for quality control at our 6 CLC´s worldwide. SCQ will support and guide each CLC´s local quality organization. Arrival/Incoming Quality Control (IQC), 3 persons responsible for quality control of goods being shipped to CLC1 in Lund. Returns, 2 persons responsible for handling returns; returns from distributors and customers as well as our returns to suppliers.
As Manager you will have two major responsibilities:

Personnel management including motivating your staff, driving team efficiency, enable personnel development, planning needed resources and setting salary. Operational and strategic management of the function. This starts with setting budgets and following this up as well as setting and following up goals and strategies for the function. Further you will lead and develop the team with the following tasks:

Be responsible for quality statistics KPI. Especially Supply Chain Quality which is one of Operations overall measurements. Be the link for CLC quality related cases reported from our R&D, customers and other stakeholders into Supply Chain. Develop and improve processes, instructions and way of working in order to support Axis growth.
The position is based in Lund.
The role involves traveling, 10-30 days/year.
You will report to the Supply Chain Director.

SUPPLY CHAIN
The Supply chain organization in Axis has the responsibility to receive and handle customer orders, plan and produce, ship and deliver products worldwide according to customer order as well as all reverse logistics handling. All parts of the organization are based in Lund but we have several partners in different countries to manage this around the world. We interface with our subsidiaries in more than 40 countries as well as our customers and suppliers.
