QUALITY MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS BASE MATERIALS

We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead the Quality agenda across Supply Chain Operations Base Materials (SCO BM) support-ing the company's ambition of being the undisputed industry leader for quality.
You will report to the Quality & Sustainability Director and be based in Lund.




Main responsibilities

-Drive the Quality Maintenance (QM) Pillar within SCO BM
-Develop and maintain the QM methodology and tools, in addition to defining the capabilities needed
-Define, monitor and introduce systematic follow up of Quality KPI's and other targets and lead/facilitate loss eradication teams
-Introduce, facilitate and coach quality performance tools (Problem solving methodology, root cause eradication, lessons learned, etc)
-Support the Issue Resolution process as Super User
-Drive prioritization of customer issues across boundaries and monitor progress until eradicated
-Drive SCO BM customer issues
-Represent SCO BM in Issue Resolution governance forums



Qualifications

You have a minimum of 6 years of experience, a comprehensive understanding of Tetra Pak business, products and competi-tion and at least 3 years of experience working in a Converting Factory.You hold a Master degree in engineering and you have strong data/information analytical ability with good presentation.
Finally, a strong ability to deal with ambiguities, make sound judgments, strong influence/people engagement skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills are prerequisites for this role.
