Thin Film Electronics AB delivers electronics for ultra-high-volume, cost-sensitive applications. We are looking for a Quality manager that can help us take our quality work one step further!

Thinfilm is recruiting a Quality manager to our R&D facility in Linköping. You will be stationed in Linköping where most of our R&D is located but you will work across the entire organization, including our offices in Oslo, USA and Japan.

As quality manager you will be responsible for implementing the company’s quality strategy. The first step will be to work together with the team to ISO certify the company and to work with certification and regulatory requirements for our products in different markets. The work will span all the way from strategic quality work to writing product and test documents. You will in this position report to the SVP of Product Management.

The candidate we are looking for has an engineering background with some years of relevant experience from quality work. You have been responsible for, or worked within a team, that has certified companies and products. This means you have relevant experience of ISO9000, ISO14000 and various product related certificates and requirements.

You are a structured person that can easily identify solutions to various problems. You are motivated by working with continuous improvements and the results that it generates. You are adaptive and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are comfortable with English as the working language and also have a sincere interest in developing your skills and leadership along with the company as it growths.
