Quality Manager
Ikano Bank is looking to strengthen their Continuous Improvement team and we are therefore looking for a Quality Manager! Ikano Bank faces a unique and extremely exciting challenge where they in a short period of time are transforming themselves from many smaller banks and IT environments to a single one. This means that the financial elements that are so critical for a bank will have to be based upon a common architectural platform with integrated processes and a high level of compliance.



The Quality Manager is a key player who’s work will contribute in align, implement and manage best practices, processes and tools that supports ambitions in terms of being effective, safe, reliable, compliant and secure. You will be given a unique opportunity to work with major changes in a rapidly growing bank, where you are expected to take a major responsibility in both the short and long term. You will be able to affect your future role and you will be expected to take ownership over your domain.



Your future role and responsibilities

In your role as Quality Manager you will take ownership of the Quality Assurance management, requirement management, test management, document management and it will be expected of you to be a good example and execute and deliver results through our values. Furthermore your key responsibilities will be to;

• Design, implement, improve and align processes
• Define measurements which gives i.e. a rough indication how effective a process is or how well a process is followed
• Contribute with input regarding process tool support selection


Your qualifications

We see that you have a BSc or MSc in IT, Engineering or informatics. You have a proven experience from working with quality and test management along with working with processes in a bigger organization for a minimum of 5 years. You have experience from implementing processes and of documentation and statistics. ITIL Basic Knowledge is preferable. Knowledge and experience from the financial sector is a strong merit. Documentation is in English and internal and external contacts will be international - therefore you must be able to master English fluently.

The role is a permanent position based in Hyllie, Malmö. Some travel is required to meet with the other IT and business units. The Quality Manager will report to the sub unit manager of Continuous Improvement.
