Quality Manager to Johnson Matthey in Perstorp

Johnson Matthey Formox AB in Perstorp is looking for a Quality Manager. As Quality Manager you will be responsible for our quality management system (ISO 9001). In this role you work closely with the organization and its process owners to secure that the quality management system is well implemented and continuously improved. Your Responsibilities

• Managing and continually improving the quality management system (ISO 9001)
• Enabling and coaching process owners to comply with agreed standards and drive improvements
• Monitoring quality performance and KPIs
• Engaging actively in customer claims and complaints to improve customer satisfaction
• Organizing Management Reviews
• Coordinating internal and external ISO audits
• Find best practice in cooperation with Quality Managers in other countries. 

The Bigger Picture

You will be reporting to the EHSQ-manager and you will be located in Perstorp. Working from home is optional 2 days a week. The position as Quality Manager is not a managerial position even though you need to have the ability lead others since you will be coordinating and leading projects.

Our Expectations

You have experience as a Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 standard. If you have experience as an External Auditor, it´s preferable but not mandatory. Knowledge in ISO 14001 is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You have experience as a administrator in SharePoint. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required. 

As a Quality Manager you have the ability to influence, lead and coach others to continuously improve the quality management system and reach targets. Another of your abilities is to drive and implement change. You have a good way of adapting your communication to the receiver. You are well structured in your way of working and good at looking into details when needed. You have the drive to move things forward and a hands-on attitude.
