We are looking for a Quality & Operational Specialist to our client in Vasteras!


Responsibilities:
• Coordinate customer complaints and ensuring that root-cause analysis is done, and corrective actions are implemented.
• Support our organization with hands-on problem solving and investigations for customer complaints.
• Communicate and collaborate with customer contacts at our local sales offices around the world.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to further develop the quality department.
• Perform internal audits (ISO 9K, 14K, 45K, 50K).
• Take on larger improvement initiatives, such as process improvement and operational excellence projects, also providing excellent career opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of the management system.


Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar.
• Strong drive, questioning attitude and passion for improvements.
• Curious, analytical and can grasp both the big picture as well as pay attention to details.
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to deliver results and make things happen.
• Previous experience of process development and/or experience of problem solving with Lean 6 Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken alike, is required.


Support the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the local business. Promotes and supports the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy to accelerate the rate of operational improvement, with resulting cost savings within the operation.
