British American TobaccoFiedler & Lundgren has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Performance Coordinator in Malmö.
As a Quality Performance Coordinator, you will be driving continuous improvement initiatives for processes and products, contributing timely insights and recommendations to enhance overall product quality within the business context. Carries out capacity development throughout the factory to support DRBU implementation across all product categories by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of planned targets. Supports shop floor quality standards, lab testing, and product release processes, ensuring adherence to inspection plans and quality assurance protocols.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Cooperating, guiding, and supporting activities necessary to facilitate optimal performance together with the Quality Assurance department, production, and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
Develop and execute initiatives and plans for quality activities to provide performance enhancement to relevant and significant quality metrics and department KPIs aligned with global strategy, targets, and factory CBN.
Coordinate and drive and continuous improvement initiatives with commitment and dedication to enhance process and product quality, fostering an ingrained culture of continuous enhancement within the organization to consistently raise standards.
Manage and analyse quality performance metrics with meticulous attention to detail, utilizing data-driven insights to enact necessary improvements and actively contributing to cross-functional Quality Improvement Forums to share knowledge and foster collaborative problem-solving.
Build the capabilities of the factory workforce, providing steadfast support for the setup and execution of the Design Responsibility Business Unit (DRBU) expectations and projects across all product categories to safeguard organizational expertise.
Uphold and enforce stringent quality standards on the shop floor, overseeing lab testing processes and product release protocols to safeguard the delivery of impeccably high-quality products to discerning consumers.
Proactively seek out opportunities for quality enhancement with an insatiable appetite for improvement, swiftly implementing effective strategies to address identified areas for optimization and elevate overall performance of both product and processes.
Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

What are we looking for:
Comprehensive understanding of BAT products, manufacturing processes, and Quality (minimum 2 years of experience).
Extensive knowledge of consumer-centric quality management principles and Supply Chain.
Understanding of Product Integrity & Traceability and P&HM.
Experience and understanding in product chemical Lab Testing & Review, RQA Protocol, IWS and Q2 systems.
Proficiency in SPC, ISO Quality Standards, LEAN, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
Fluency in English (professional level) – Swedish is considered an advantage.
Successful project management track record
IWS experience is an advantage
