What it’s in for you?
The Connected Experience Field Quality team’s responsibility is to operate inside the Incident and Problem management processes to improve the reliability of all related end-to-end services of ConX and to minimize incident and problem lead times. The team is working in close collaboration with our different development ARTs to scope and define problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and to help ensuring that our customers are delivered high quality functionality. The team is working with interfaces across Connected Experience but also in other areas of the company and across the globe.

As a problem analyst you will be part of a highly skilled agile team which has a good mix of nationality, gender, age and experience located at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. Here you will have the opportunity to learn and develop for every sprint. There are no limits when it comes to how much there is to learn.

Do you fit the profile?
Within Quality & Launch team we are looking for a professional and enthusiastic person. Your main activities and expectations is that you would be a trouble shooter expert for the E2E customer functionality. You will reproduce issues experienced by our Customers to be able to create log files and assist in finding the Root causes. You will verify new software solutions as well as collaborate with help desks across the world to support and assist in solving issues quickly along with developers to assist in analyze and verifying root causes and proposed solutions. You will also support with setting up test objects to match customer environments.

We believe that you should carry a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent and have automotive experience. You would have proficient communication skills and are fluent in English (both written and spoken). You would bring experience from the automotive industry and specific knowledge in Volvo aftermarket systems like for example VIDA and PIE.
