Your mission
You’re part of the department of Global Quality and EHS which is responsible for our global quality, health and environmental management systems. In this role, you contribute to improve our quality by increasing awareness and improving our processes; developing standardized tools and methods to manage quality across the company. This is mainly facilitated through our Quality+ program and in cooperation with the quality portfolio managers within tools, round tools and inserts. You support the business with implementation of methods and ways-of-working in the area of quality and, contribute in the development and implementation of a systematic approach – helping us to optimize underlying processes in order to achieve more efficient results.


The location for this position is Sandviken, Sweden.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent. Experience of quality development is a must to succeed in this role and, you also have knowledge from data analysis, use of statistical tools and improvement work. Working in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.

With attention to details and structure, you ensure solving of problems while always thinking one step ahead. You’re a good listener who believes that sharing of knowledge and receiving input from others is key to success. By being a responsive and excellent communicator with strong networking skills, you easily collaborate with different stakeholders while delivering high quality service – making you a valuable asset to your coworkers and our business as a whole!
