In this exciting role as Quality Process Engineer for Power Transformers, you will play an important part in shaping the quality performance in our unit and for our products. You will be part of a skilled team of professionals all working together to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization.

Your responsibilities
Support the organization in quality related topics
Administration of quality systems for NCR, documentation, and customer complaints.
Support the local quality training program as an educator
You will be working as project manager for quality related projects spanning over multiple functions
Support the effective implementation, continual improvement, and certification of ISO standards
You will be part of the internal audit team

Your background
You are a very structured person
Experienced in working with continuous improvement and supporting others in finding root causes through analysis
With good communication and influencing skills you have the ability to address and build trust within the organization
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Relevant engineering education or experience in the quality field is advantageous
