Job description
We’re looking for new consultants within the professional of quality engineering who’d like to contribute to our client, Siemens Energy’s success. We’re now hiring engineers to meet Siemens Energy’s needs of product quality assurance managers & engineers and certification engineers. Welcome in to a team who is responsible to plan-, coordinate-, control/monitor- and organize quality activities in assigned order projects based on customer requirements, product definition, internal instructions and regulations and applicable laws and regulation.

Responsibilities
An important part of the work will be to create and maintain both internal and external contacts to ensure that you, our client and their suppliers get the right conditions operationally to be able to perform and to ensure high customer satisfaction with the internal and external customers.
As a supplier quality assurance engineer you will work for specific purchasing areas and their suppliers to:
coordinate and run activities to ensure that the right action is taken at the right time through the various phases of the deviation report
ensure that suppliers perform correct root cause analyzes (RCA), and prevent a recurrence
actively analyze statistics linked to supplier-caused quality deficiencies
As a certification engineer:
you will be responsible for identifying local regulations and certification requirements that apply on our gas turbine installation at the installation location and communicate this to the project
in the projects you are the focal point for all certification activities. Your role includes to plan and document all activities needed to meet the certification/ local regulations
create and communicate a certification plans for projects
collaborate with authorities and certification/third party organizations to verify the requirements and to obtain necessary approvals
Working hours
This is a fulltime consultant assignment and majority of time will hopefully be done on site at our clients office in Finspång. Remote work is applied until further notice due to current Covid-19 restrictions. Assignment will start as soon as possible after agreement and goes on approximately 10-12 months.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a person with structure and analytical ability who is humble and interested in developing and improving yourself. You are inspired by setting goals and reach them.
It is important that you have an interest and understanding of how different functions within a company work, insight how to make the collaboration between them work better and that you have a passionate interest in quality.
Requirements:
post-secondary education in engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar)
good interpersonal and communication skills
results and quality orientation with focus on customer and results
you can express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English, other language/s is an advantage
positive attitude, outgoing and relationship building
Meritorious:
experience with quality control/assurance/certification topics 2-5 years
you have an overall experience from mechanical industrial applications and Oil/gas projects.
experience from technical documentation, legal and quality documentation is advantageous
knowledge of the Siemens Energy Gas turbines is an advantage
