Quality Programs Manager to Plint

This is a consultant assignment through The Pace/Wise Professionals with start as soon as possible. The office is located at Östra Larmgatan, just a stone’s throw away from Trädgårdsföreningen, at the heart of Gothenburg. The position is full-time job and the assignment is for 6 months with a chance of possible extension.

About the Position

As a Quality Programs Manager you protect the viewer experience for one of the largest streaming platforms in the world. Plint’s operators quality control audio and subtitles in 50+ languages before they go live on service in a cloud based workflow; finding and reporting errors and issues to a variety of content, making sure content meets the set goals for Plint´s customers. You will oversee the operators working in this program and collect and take action on available data to maintain and grow Plint´s market share in this area. Communication, feedback, and continuous training of operators will be vital to increase efficiency and gain input for quality improvements. You will be Plint´s point of contact for the client on practical and strategic matters, with support from the Key Account Manager.

Your background

If you have at least two years of experience as Project Manager at a media agency or similar, you might be Plint’s new consultant. To match this position, you have a distinct sense of order and have the confidence to solve problems on your own. You are business-minded, adaptable to change and happy to come up with ideas and suggestions for improvements. Of course, you have an eye for detail – both in terms of text content and time planning. It will ease your daily work if you have worked in different software systems and do not fear technical challenges. Most of Plint´s client and community communication is in English, so you must have great English and Swedish skills both in speech and in writing. If you have previous experience of subtitling, we consider that a big plus. Probably you have an academic exam in translation or linguistics.
