Job responsibilities
As a Quality and Resilience Manager at City Network you will be part of the team who is responsible for upholding certificates within the range of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22301, and with that you will be responsible to establish, develop and maintain following processes within the Company:
ITIL framework (Incident, Change & Problem)
Internal Audits
External Audits
Deviations
Risk analysis in general but also specific analysis (Pestle / SWOT / Business Impact Analysis)
ISO 33052 & ISO 33072 (Process management)
Your daily task will include close work with all parts of City Network, as well as with our owner Iver AB. As we consider ourselves a diverse company, with more than 15 nationalities, and with remote a friendly atmosphere and way-of-working, you will need to be able to adapt to and embrace differences with all your heart.
You should be able to quickly adapt into new teams and project groups. We are all in it for our customers, and if everyone in the team get the best possible support and guidance, we strongly believe we can make miracle happen.
Job skills & qualifications
Excellent social skills and a team player
Long experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Excellent skill to structure data
Fluent in spoken and written English
Written and spoken Swedish skills preferred
Proven ability to fulfil and follow-up on objectives and tasks

Cloud Computing
European laws and regulations such as C5, PCI, SOC, Basel II/III, Solvens II/III, GDPR.

Employment conditions
Full time with 6 weeks vacation (6 months probationary employment)

Location: Stockholm, Karlskrona, Remote
City Network has signed a collective agreement with Almega 'IT-Telekomföretagen'.
All City Network employees is assessed yearly through a screening process.
