Quality Reviewer - IKEA Purchasing Operations

We seek a Quality Reviewer for Purchasing Operations Area North Europe ? based in Älmhult

The purpose of this position is to support the business development teams in achieving results in the area of Quality by performing quality audits on both product and processes, based on IKEA product requirements, related working methods and standards. Continuously provide the review conclusions to the business development teams and suppliers to secure quality improvements and learnings.

Quality Reviewer will together with a team:

- Perform compliance GO/NO GO Quality audits according to IKEA related standards
-Perform unannounced or planned Product reviews with the customer perspective, verifying compliance to IKEA requirements and identifying potential to improve Customer Experienced Product Quality
-In collaboration with business development teams, plan, prepare and execute audits and reviews
-Secure accurate audit reports in our systems
-Based on audit result, support the business development teams and suppliers in the implementation of preventing and corrective actions and thoroughly and regularly follow-up that action is implemented
-Share knowledge gained during audits at different manufacturing sites with categories and purchase operation to learn from good examples and mistakes
-Contributing to improve IKEA quality standard and working methods
-Facilitate training to co-workers and suppliers on IKEA GO/NO GO Compliance and Product Audit
-At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values and Role Model for Fact-based Business leadership

Is this the right challenge for you?

-Very good knowledge of GO/NOGO requirements and/or auditing
-Good knowledge about ISQS Quality System
-Very good knowledge to lead quality audits and interviewing techniques
-Knowledge of production and operation processes and material characteristics

-Motivate and inspire suppliers and business development teams to continuously maintain and improve Quality performance
