Processing over 8000 customer orders a day and serving over 100,000 regular clients it is critical that our business is built on firm foundations of great people understanding and following proven processes and procedures.This enables Lyreco to deliver a next day service unrivalled in Scandinavia for our industry.In order to ensure that our high quality standards are maintained across all departments in Scandinavia and at all sites, we are looking to appoint a Quality, Security and Environment Manager. As a member of the Senior Management Team for Scandinavia you will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues live and breathe our standards and ¡§get it right first time¡ .You will live within 1 hour of our Scandinavian Headquarters in Roskilde and be prepared to travel within the 3 Scandinavian countries.Ideally you are fluent in 2 or more of the 3 languages and possess first class written and oral English skills.English is the business language of the local Management team and for Lyreco as a group.Key responsibilities include: - Management of the Quality and environmental system.ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.Lyreco has been accredited as a Scandinavian organisation to the standard since November 2003.- Customer Satisfaction ¡Vthrough monthly reporting to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained and to co-ordinate annual client survey - Implement and manage internal audit process - Lead project teams to improve quality and effectiveness within the business as required and prioritised - To ensure the company Security Policy is followed and all sites are secure - To establish continuous improvement programmes Contact person Morten Wiil, HR & Training Manager Scandinavia, tel.Please use reference no.DK_137_07 Please note in your application, where you have seen the advert.
