What you will do
As a Quality Solution Leader (QSL), you will lead a team of highly skilled professionals from various key functions including Purchasing, Manufacturing, After Market, Campaign & Logistics. In this role, you and your team will play a crucial role in providing input and support to our Quality teams for the development of optimal solutions to customers quality issues.
Your leadership will also be instrumental in ensuring an efficient and predictable implementation of these solutions. You and your team will take the lead in coordinating and executing the necessary processes to ensure the developed solutions are available to the customer as well as our products in production today.

Chassis & Driveline Quality is part of the Customer Quality Experience (CQE) organization, we are a team of Design & Test Engineers as well as Project Managements roles, all with a common goal to provide solutions that improve the uptime of our products and contribute to a great ownership experience for our customers.
We have a strong technical focus and love to discuss and find creative solutions as a team. Challenges gives us energy; we have trust in each other and value everyone’s perspective. In other words, we have fun at work!

You have a passion for structure, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to recognize when flexibility and individual thinking are essential for success. To be successful we think you also have a:
• Some technical background / experience: Mechanical design and or systems engineering.
• Project Management experience
• Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
• University Degree in Engineering or recognized equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge in Volvo systems, for example KOLA
• Technical and data analysis interest
• Structured way of working and follow processes, but always challenge them if they are not efficient
• High integrity, instill trust, build effective teams, and have the ability to follow through
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Aftermarket experience is a plus
