We are looking for a
Quality Specialist, Expert Services
for the quality organisation of Oriola’s Business Area Pharma. Our quality organisation has a total of approximately 20 employees in Finland and Sweden. It is responsible for monitoring, follow-up and training regarding the compliance with GxP requirements and obligations governing our company’s operations, as well as providing support for our business operations as needed.
The Quality Specialist will work in a permanent position as a member of Oriola's quality organisation either in Finland (Espoo) or in Sweden, Stockholm area, and will report directly to the Quality Director. The duties of the person we are looking for will relate to quality assurance activities in Oriola's Expert Services.
As a Quality Specialist, your duties will include:
• Quality assurance work relating to GVP/GCP
• Supporting the organisation in quality assurance activities requiring GVP/GCP expertise
• A wide range of business support and development tasks (e.g. co-operation with our supplier network, customers and the authorities, as well as participating in service development work as a representative of the Quality organisation
• Developing the organisation’s operations
• Internal and external audits
• Providing training for staff
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
• Master’s degree in pharmacy or natural sciences
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance work, specifically the focus on GVP as well as GCP operating environments
• Practical experience in pharmacovigilance tasks in the pharmaceutical industry/regulatory authority
• Fluency in written and spoken Finnish, Swedish and English
• Good IT skills
• A precise and systematic approach to work, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to work in an international environment
• A comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry as an operating environment
GDP expertise is considered as an asset.
You are active, cooperative and have a positive attitude towards development. You are well versed in regulatory requirements and understand business requirements, and you are capable of developing our operations accordingly.
