Description
Quality Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all quality control processes are correctly adhered to
- Reporting of tracking standards
- Performing client and internal calibration feedback
- Coaching feedback when necessary
- Cover of TC duties in order to retain knowledge or upskill with new processes in the business or to provide cover when the project demands it
- Escalate issues to Quality Manager
Hours and Benefits:
- Full time contract
- 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
- Salary for 39 hours: 28.800 euros gross/year + up to 2400 euros per month in variables
- Ongoing training

Requirements
-Native Swedish speaker
- Travel business experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
- Passion for customer care
- Written and verbal fluency in English too
- Previous experience in QA role desirable
