NCG Development at H&M Group Expansion in Stockholm is responsible for the development of multiple product categories for our physical stores, providing our customers globally with a shopping experience that makes us the most loved fashion brand in the world!

We are a talented and ambitious group of people and, and we are now looking for a Quality Specialist talent to join our team. On this role you will be responsible to secures governance over quality process throughout the full value chain in range of the NCG Development & Procurement department. With main responsibilities around setting the quality requirements, leading areas as quality assurance, supplier quality and customer care setting strategy and activities to reach quality goals. The role requires to conduct some operational activities related to quality of suppliers as QSA and the responsibility to raise quality awareness and drive the overall processes improvement providing valuable input to the leadership team. You will play a main part in setting the quality strategic direction for the Product Development business area, as well as ensuring qualitative and scalable solutions for the whole NCG portfolio.
Job Description
Your responsibilities
Define, align and implement a quality strategy for the organization on a global level.
Responsible for Quality Management of the NCG Development & Procurement value chain. From concept to final product, including product development, manufacturing and procurement.
Ensure that correct and sufficient KPI’s are in place to measure both Quality Management effectiveness and quality in our deliveries.
Represent Quality in the management review meetings. Presenting quality progress reports, feeding the organization with analysis and improvements action suggestions.
Lead Quality Management in the organization, mentoring and developing colleagues as well as external partners.
Qualifications
Your background and skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering fields and/or +5 years and relevant work experience
Proven experience working with quality management throughout product value chain, from creation across development and production.
Able to set quality strategies including setting requirements of quality assurance, supplier quality and customer care.
Able to develop quality programs and create the desired quality culture in the organization
Proven experience with quality assurance tools and supporting different product categories.
Experience managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment and making risk-based decisions
Good ability to manage and lead cross functional stakeholder environment
Experience conducting audits, assessments and site controls to give training to external partners and teams in that area of quality.
Experience managing organizational quality in commercial goods.
