We offer you Everyday life as a Quality & Sustainability Specialist is to secure and develop Kappahl's standard for labelling, packing and certifications to meet legislations and business goals.

You will be responsible to define a quality standard with requirements for Kappahl's product labelling and packing. Set routines, work processes and criteria's that complies with Kappahl's requirements for labelling, packing and certifications. Guide and support colleagues across the organisation to ensure that requirements are fulfilled.

Continuously follow progress and be up to date of criteria and legislation for product labelling and packing. As a member of the Business Units Sustainability Team, collaborate with Assortment and Production teams, act with focus on Kappahl as a group. You are reporting to Sustainability Manager Business Units.

Your profile You have a technical academic degree in textile, sustainability, or another relevant field. Experience from working with regulations, certifications, and legislations in similar role. Good knowledge about indirect material, quality assurance, material development and certification processes. Understanding of fashion products effect on people and the environment, through a life cycle perspective. You have the ability to take lead and to manage change. You will need to be fluent in English. 

Your personality You are structured and have a heart for development and problem solving, react quickly on changed demands, can easily adapt and come up with new ideas to meet new requirements. Good communication skills. Be able to convey messages and information in a clear and enthused way. You thrive best in a developing environment where no day is the same.

You are a natural and inclusive person who acts with integrity and secureness in a multicultural environment. Further, you are used to have many contacts areas and good cooperation is self-evident for you.
