ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

This a broad role, however, some of the fun that this role entails is:

- Maintain and continuously improve the system to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with certification criteria.
- Play a pivotal role in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits, including third-party audits.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline processes and products.
- Introduce advanced tools and systems for quality analysis and management, driving continuous improvement toward certification goals.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in quality work. We also think a positive attitude, great initiative, and a curious personality are great! Working in a dynamic and developing environment is something that you love. You may also be driven by taking on and solving problems that arise.

Besides these fantastic things, we would like to see that you have the following:

- Bachelor's degree or higher. Other education/experience deemed equivalent is also of interest.
- Proficient in quality management principles, methods, and tools, with a strong emphasis on ISO 900 and quality management system standards.
- Very good English both spoken and written, preferably also Sweden and Korean.
- Driving license - we are placed a little bit outside Eskilstuna.
